Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our project team. The ideal candidate will manage the full spectrum of cost and contract administration for construction, ACMV, and M&E projects
, ensuring value, compliance, and profitability throughout each project’s lifecycle.

• Prepare, review, and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for projects.
• Evaluate tender submissions
  , negotiate with subcontractors, and make recommendations for award.
• Conduct quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and value engineering to optimize project costs.
• Prepare and manage progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, drawings, and specifications
  .
• Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to monitor project cost performance and control expenses.
• Prepare cash flow projections and assist in project financial reporting.
• Provide advice on contractual and commercial matters throughout project execution.
• Lead and mentor junior QS staff to ensure quality and efficiency in work delivery.

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline
  .
• At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in construction / M&E / ACMV projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and cost control principles
  .
• Proficient in MS Office, or other QS software
  .
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  .
• Able to work independently and lead a small team effectively.
