Attorney in Jurong East, Singapore (General)

• Support the Head of Digital Assets in shaping and executing the bank’s digital-asset strategy.
• Design, develop, and launch products covering cryptocurrencies, tokenized assets, and digital money.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging opportunities and use cases.
• Prepare business cases, pricing models, and commercial proposals for new initiatives.

• Lead cross‑functional delivery squads (Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Legal, Finance) to ensure timely delivery, clear accountability, and seamless integration with existing systems.
• Define and manage project milestones, product requirements, and success metrics; maintain transparent tracking through Confluence or equivalent tools.
• Operationalize new digital‑asset products by coordinating onboarding, training, SOP design and control implementation with Operations, Risk, and Front Office.
• Monitor live performance and conduct post‑implementation reviews; establish product dashboards and analytics to track adoption, transaction volumes, and revenue contribution.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation, data and process‑efficiency opportunities across the digital‑asset lifecycle.
• Track KPIs and user adoption to support continuous product enhancement.

• Engage internal business units and functional specialists to embed digital‑asset capabilities within Global Markets offerings.
• Build relationships with external partners to enhance product delivery.
• Represent company in industry forums and regulatory working groups.

• Ensure products and processes comply with company’s risk management, legal and compliance frameworks.
• Develop and maintain governance documentation, operational manuals, and control checklists.
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery, operational and cyber risks associated with digital‑asset solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Law or related discipline.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CfTP, CFA, Professional Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Product Owner are advantageous.
• 7‑10 years of relevant experience in financial markets, digital assets or fintech product management.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology, market infrastructure, tokenization frameworks and digital‑money applications.
• Proven track record in project delivery and stakeholder management across multiple functions.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Self‑starter with an execution‑first mindset and ability to operate in a fast‑paced and agile environment.
