Superstar Front Desk

We at De Pacific Dental Group are in search of a Superstar Front Desk who will serve in a key growth position in providing comprehensive support to our clients in all aspects of the dental business.

The Front Desk is a vital position within the dental healthcare team. This role requires a multi-skilled professional who supports both patient-facing and operational functions.

• The primary responsibility is to manage front desk operations, including patient reception, appointment scheduling, billing coordination, and administrative support, while working closely with the dental team to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
• The Front Desk also supports the Practice Manager/Operations Coordinator in maintaining efficient, accurate, and well-organised clinic workflows.
• Working collaboratively with the rest of the team, this role plays an integral part in executing established systems, policies, and the company’s vision and mission within the practice.

• Full time position available – able to work shift roster 40.5hrs/week including 1 weekend. Candidates seeking office hours or weekends off are not to apply.
• 2 weekdays and 1 weekend OFF (Sunday/Saturday off)
• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Relevant working experience in dental industry is an added advantage (e.g., Nitec or equivalent).
• Part‑time available for those with dental experience only.
• Possess a mature, positive attitude, team player and cheerful personality.
• Basic knowledge in using computers.
