• Work on a variety of vehicles and tires—including truck, farm, industrial, and OTR tires
• Inspect, install, balance, rotate, and repair tires
• Communicate with customers regarding repairs, service, and tire sales
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service
• Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and coworkers
• Take pride in ensuring customer safety and vehicle readiness

• At least 1+ year of experience with medium truck, commercial, and industrial tires
• Valid driver’s licence and satisfactory driver abstract
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
• Comfortable working in unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, and windy conditions
• Responsible and safety‑oriented work ethic
