• Lead civil crews on site for earthworks, excavation, grading, drainage, underground utilities, etc.
• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations including scheduling, logistics, sequencing, and production targets.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials with Project Managers.
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and timeline expectations.
• Read drawings, grades, and layouts to direct crews effectively.
• Manage safety assessments, compliance, and subtrade coordination.
• Track labour, materials, and equipment usage while communicating risks or issues early.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally.

• Proven leadership experience guiding civil crews and maintaining high standards.
• Strong civil construction background (municipal utilities, excavation, base prep, drainage, earthworks, retaining walls).
• Strong commitment to safety and site compliance.
• Ability to read plans, manage layout, and proactively plan ahead.
• Clear communicator with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable using technology (LMN experience is a plus).
• Valid driver's licence and clean driving record.

• 1‑5 years as a Civil Superintendent or 5+ years as a Foreman/General Foreman.
• Experience with municipal underground utility installations.
• Familiarity with MMCD and CCDC environments.
