Description Customer Service Representative
  • Full-Time| Permanent | $18.00/hr
  • This role requires flexibility to support operational needs, and schedules may evolve over time based on business requirements.

Be the friendly face that makes travel easier. Travel starts with people and often that starts with you. In this role you will be the first point of contact for passengers travelling with EBus and Red Arrow and you will help make their experience smooth simple and stress free. Whether someone is commuting visiting family or heading somewhere new your support helps set the tone for their entire trip.

This position goes beyond selling tickets and focuses on being approachable reliable and helpful. As part of Keolis Canada EBus and Red Arrow connect communities across BC and Alberta and you will play an important role in supporting customers from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Welcome and assist customers in person, by phone, and online

Book, change, and cancel ticket reservations with accuracy and care

Handle payments and keep records tidy and organized

Help travelers with check-in, luggage, and boarding

Keep the ticket office running smoothly (and looking good)

Share your knowledge and problem-solving skills to make each trip easier

What We’re Looking For

A natural people-person with a helpful, positive attitude

Comfortable with computers (bonus if you’re good with Microsoft Office)

Quick thinker who stays calm when problem-solving

Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to pitch in as part of a team

Flexibility with schedules, including weekend availability

  • Experience in hospitality, tourism or customer service experience is considered an asset
