We're looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable full-time Shift Supervisor to join our team at Nu Leaf Market! The ideal candidate will have experience working in retail customer service (ideally in a grocery store) strong leadership skills, an interest in local food, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You should be organized, detail-oriented, enjoy interacting with people, and be able to lift 50 lbs occasionally.

This is a hands-on role that involves supervising daily operations, managing a small team, and ensuring the market runs smoothly and efficiently. Food Safe training is an asset. This role will include working at both our locations in Kamloops.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train staff, delegating tasks and providing feedback to maintain high performance standards.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, special orders, and resolving any issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized market.
• Manage inventory, assisting with receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and ensuring product freshness.
• Support the store manager with scheduling, ordering, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Competitive pay - $25 to $30/hour, depending on experience
