Position: ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

A Chatters Assistant Manager is a leader who coaches and motivates the sales team to achieve sales goals, provides excellent customer service and product expertise, and ensures the store is clean, stocked, and well-merchandised according to company standards. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, a positive and driven attitude, and experience in a retail leadership role to create a welcoming environment and drive success for both the customers and the business.


Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership & Team Development: Coach, train, and motivate the sales team to meet store sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

- Customer Service & Sales: Provide personalized beauty advice, engage with customers to drive sales, and build lasting customer relationships.

- Store Operations: Manage store cleanliness, stock levels, and merchandising to Chatters' standards.

- Operational Support: Assist with opening and closing procedures and act as a backup to the store manager.


Required Skills & Experience:

- Passion for Beauty: An enthusiasm for beauty-related products is essential.

- Retail Leadership: At least one year of experience in a retail leadership role is required.

- Communication: Top-notch, outgoing communication skills to build rapport with guests and the team.

- Sales Acumen: A driven attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers, and possibly customer relationship management (CRM) and live chat platforms.

- Positive Attitude: A positive, upbeat, and flexible approach to work.


Key Qualifications:

-Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.

- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional patience and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Reliability: A high level of responsibility and reliability.
