We are looking to hire 2 Solar Design & Operations Executives with hands-on experience in Aurora Solar and strong coordination skills to support end-to-end solar project workflows.

0–4 years

Work Shift:

Night Shift – EST Timezone

Location:

Open (Remote / On-site based on requirement)

Key Requirements
Working knowledge of Aurora Solar software (system design, layouts, shading, reports)
Understanding of solar project workflows from design to execution
Ability to manage workflows, task tracking, and follow-ups
Strong email and verbal communication skills
Ability to work night shifts aligned with EST
Experience coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
Detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple follow-ups simultaneously

Role & Responsibilities
Manage solar design workflows using Aurora Solar
Track tasks, timelines, and dependencies across projects
Perform regular follow-ups via email and calls
Coordinate between sales, design, and operations teams
Ensure smooth handoffs and timely project delivery

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) is an added advantage
