Medanta Noida is seeking a dynamic MBBS-qualified Quality Head to lead the Quality Department of our hospital. The role involves ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, clinical quality, and regulatory compliance. The Quality Head will oversee all quality assurance activities, monitor key quality indicators, manage incident reporting, and lead internal audits. The role requires close coordination with clinical and non-clinical teams, continuous staff training on quality protocols, and driving improvement initiatives across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities
Establish the Quality Management System and lay the foundation for all accreditation standards (NABH/NABL/JCI).
Drive implementation of quality standards across all departments and prepare the hospital for accreditation.
Train and communicate quality and patient safety requirements to all staff.
Coordinate hospital-wide quality initiatives and support measurement activities tied to hospital priorities.
Support data collection processes by guiding staff on forms, metrics, validation, and documentation.
Participate in external quality assessment schemes (EQAS) and interlaboratory comparisons, where applicable.
Prepare audit summaries and CAPA reports for management review and continuous improvement.
