Responsibilities Manage and develop client relationships in the US IT market.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients and address their IT needs and concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of IT services and solutions.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT services to existing clients.
Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance metrics.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
Participate in strategic planning sessions to align client services with business objectives.
Skills and Qualifications 8-18 years of experience in IT account management or related field.
Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, including software development, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in contract negotiation and client management.
