Customer Service Rep
We are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our team at Suzuki Keighley.
This is a fabulous opportunity to join a family run business in the AM top 50 and represent one of our fantastic manufacturer are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are passionate in providing world-class customer service. This role comes with a very easily achievable OTE of up to £37, per annum.

You must be able to work as part of a team of Service Advisors in a busy, fast‑paced and rewarding environment. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance. Your duties will include dealing with all customers in a professional and prompt manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department, advising customers on technical queries and issues they may have, being the first point of contact for booking vehicles into the workshop for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their maintenance, maintaining a presentable appearance and hygiene, and ensuring work wear is regularly cleaned.
