The Opportunity

We’ re seeking a Blaster to join our team in the Okanagan, supporting civil construction projects across the region.

As a Blaster, you’ll play a key role in preparation of blasting plans, loading of and detonating blasts. You’ll work hands-on with a skilled crew in the field, ensuring precision, safety, and efficiency every step of the way. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, tackling big challenges, and being part of projects that shape communities.

Although we are a union affiliated organization, being an active member is not a prerequisite.
