We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, hard‑working individual who is able to take on a variety of styles of work in our fitness facility. Excellent customer service skills and an ability to prioritize tasks are crucial. Communication is essential, verbally, non‑verbally and in writing.

Workday is typically a solo shift but we encourage a team atmosphere that supports each other and helps out wherever necessary to continually build everyone up. Positivity and inclusivity are essential elements.

This is a flexible position ranging from 8 to 20 hours per week with the ability to pick up some weekend shifts and vacation/sick coverage.

The role involves member interactions such as welcoming everyone who enters the gym, touring and discussing different membership types with members and guests.

Computer skills require completion of entering memberships and selling a variety of retail items, inventory management and document tracking.

Key points of this position will be member relations, answering phone calls and taking appropriate actions, making smoothies, front desk attendance, light laundry and maintenance of front desk, pro shop, restrooms and workout areas.

Basic math skills, computer skills and the ability to learn new computer programs are required.

Retail cash handling experience an asset.

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
