The Opportunity
We’re seeking a motivated
Quality Coordinatorwith a background in civil construction and/or engineering who is ready to jump-start their career with a company that has a long-standing history in BC roadbuilding. With a diverse fleet of equipment, a supportive team, and opportunities for professional growth, you’ll play a valuable role in projects that make a difference in communities across the province.
As a Quality Coordinator at Emil Anderson Construction, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our projects meet the highest standards from start to finish. Working closely with project teams and reporting to the Quality Manager, you’ll help implement and maintain our Quality Management System, making sure every detail aligns with contract requirements and company values. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys solving problems proactively, and takes pride in helping deliver exceptional results the first time, every time.
This role is based out of Kelowna, with the possibility of travel to out-of-town projects on a rotational schedule. If you are positive, people-oriented, and eager to grow in the civil construction industry, this could be the role for you!
Your Key Responsibilities
Quality Control
Collaboration:
Participate in and evaluate QC Toolbox meetings to promote a site-wide culture of quality. Offer hands-on support to project staff with the implementation of the QMS and completion of QC inspections as required.
