Position Overview:
We are seeking high-caliber Critical Response Team Security Guards who thrive under pressure and excel in fast-paced, challenging environments. This role requires exceptional decision-making skills, advanced training, and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving scenarios. As a member of our Critical Response Team, you will be entrusted with safeguarding people, property, and assets in situations that demand the highest level of preparedness and professionalism.

Rate
: $23.50 - $31.00 (hourly rate varies based on the shift and site)
Key Responsibilities:
Respond rapidly and effectively to emergencies, incidents, and critical situationsProvide tactical support and reinforcement to frontline security teamsConduct high-visibility patrols and proactive threat deterrenceSafeguard high-value assets and sensitive environmentsCollaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when requiredMaintain detailed incident reporting and situational awarenessServe as a role model of professionalism, discipline, and integrityQualifications:
Valid BC Security LicenseBC Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle is preferredAdvanced security or tactical training (use of force, crisis intervention, defensive tactics, etc.) are preferred, but not requiredMust have either Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced First Aid TrainingMinimum 1 year of experience in security preferred (Industrial/Healthcare/Campus)Physical ability to respond to demanding situationsExcellent communication and de-escalation skillsAbility to work under pressure with sound judgment and discretionFlexibility for various shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekendsWhy Join Us?
