Compensation:
Acera’s total compensation offerings are based on pay for performance that recognizes exceptional individual and company performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $45,000 - $80,000 CAD annually; the pay offering is based on location and will vary depending on related education, insurance experience, proven knowledge, skills, and internal equity.

Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Client Advisor, Auto Insurance to work out of our Kelowna Access Road office. We require a conscientious team player with the desire and ability to provide exceptional client service. Previous sales experience will be an asset as you will be working autonomously in a fast paced environment. The schedule for this role is made up of four 9‑hour shifts per week.

The successful candidate must be available to work on Saturdays.

Responsibilities
  • Provide auto and other types of insurance to clients at the various local dealerships which includes driving from location to location
  • Be reliable, responsive, build and maintain relationships with dealership team members and clients
  • Recommend and implement clients' insurance coverages, premiums and methods of payment
  • Provide information on varying insurance policies, including risk coverages, limitations and other features
  • Work with clients to manage and reduce their risk
  • Respond to emergencies and assist clients with their claims
  • Process transactions in EPIC, ICBC system, autolink and private insurers web portals
  • Others duties and tasks as assigned by team leader

  • Adhere to the Insurance Council of BC Code of Conduct
  • A Level 1 Insurance License with the requirement to successfully obtain a Level 2 license within 6 months
  • Must have a valid driver’s license - Local travel is required between dealerships.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with ICBC and private insurance coverages
