The Lead Pastor is a passionate and visionary leader responsible for providing spiritual oversight at Kelowna Gospel Fellowship (KGF) Church. This role primarily involves offering spiritual direction and leadership to the KGF congregation, guided by a deep commitment to biblical truth. The Lead Pastor will lead with vision, compassion, and integrity, working closely with staff to encourage, equip, mentor, and support them in fulfilling their roles and advancing KGF’s mission.

The Lead Pastor serves as a member of the Lead Team and is employed by the Church Board.

Pay Scale:
Salary will be set according to BC MB Salary Guidelines. (Range of $75,000 to $90,000)
