We are now looking to recruit a Property Valuer for our busy Kendal office.

The purpose of this role is to bring new properties to market by carrying out market appraisals at properties for sale and to let, managing the instruction process, client contact, offer handling, sales chasing, withdrawals and fall throughs.

You will be expected to lead from the front, demonstrating to your team members, the excellent customer service and sales skills we aim to deliver to our clients.

You will need to ensure work is carried out as efficiently as possible, and that everyone is kept fully informed at all stages of the process.

The role requires an organised, methodical and efficient individual, as it involves lots of multitasking and meeting deadlines. It will very much suit someone who thrives on being in this kind of environment.

Previous experience in valuing property would be an advantage, but we are happy to train the right person providing you are an experienced Property Sales Negotiator ready to step up.

Considerable previous experience in a UK estate agency is essential.
