Join the Halfords team as a Solutions Sales Advisor, delivering great customer service and demonstrating our range of motoring and cycling products.

• Age 21+ £12.21 per hour
• Under 21 £ 10.00 per hour

• Deliver outstanding customer service in a retail sales environment.
• Understand customer needs and proactively offer solutions.
• Demonstrate and explain products and fitting services.
• Work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Support sales targets and contribute to the team’s success.

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in retail sales.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Experience of working toward and achieving sales targets is a plus.
