The client are a leading provider of mobile technical services and facilities management solutions based in Warwickshire and serving clients across the UK
They are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Procurement Assistant to join our growing team.
The Procurement Assistant will support the organisations purchasing and supply
chain operations by sourcing goods and services, managing supplier relationships, and
ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and resolve quantity
or delivery issue’s
• Raising of purchase orders in line with business demands
• Work within a team to ensure accurate material quotes.
• Ensure our best prices are available and used in tender build-up’s
• Tracking and recording of all orders
• Monitor and manage supplier relationships / database
• Support the Procurement and Warehouse manager with stock control in both the
office and engineer’s vans
• Daily reporting on departmental KPI’s
• Cross departmental collaboration, working closely with operations, finance and the
commercial team to ascertain and understand the purchasing needs
