• Overall responsibility for sales and profitability of the store.
• Control expenses and manage customer relations.
• Ensure customer service standards are maintained.
• Ensure merchandise is filled and the store is easy to shop.
• Follow all merchandise and marketing guidelines.
• Recruit, train, develop, motivate and manage a team of Associates & Keyholders.
• Set up ads properly and on time.
• Receive and manage freight & deliveries.
• Ensure all loss prevention policies and procedures are followed.

• 1–2 years retail management experience.
• Grade 12 education or equivalent.
• Career minded, a self‑starter, and customer oriented.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced, multi‑task environment.
• Strong communication, organisational, leadership, decision‑making and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, super friendly, adaptable, efficient and professional manner.
