Our program provides training alongside top Canadian business operators. It involves working in a supervisory role within our stores and gaining comprehensive experience across all business areas. Successful completion of this program, along with relocation availability, can lead to managing a Giant Tiger franchise.

• Influence store results, including sales and profits

• Select product assortments based on community needs

• Minimum 3 years in high-volume retail environments

• At least 1 year supervisory experience
