DZ Driver – based out of our Fort Frances location.

• Satisfy customer needs for service and ensure service is completed in accordance with established policies.
• Responsible for daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections.
• Complete an assigned daily route as directed by the Operations Manager.
• Drive to customer sites, secure bin on truck, empty bin at transfer station, and return bin to customer site.
• Perform driver check‑ins at day’s end to ensure complete and accurate paperwork.
• Ensure assigned routes are completed in a timely and safe manner.
• Follow all protocols while dumping loads at municipal recycling/waste facilities.
• Climb up the ladder on the truck to tarp loads.
• Lift the roll‑off hook and attach it to the bin (requires bending and ability to lift 25‑50 pounds).
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager.

• Completion of high school. Post‑secondary courses or diploma considered an asset.
• 1‑2 years driving experience in a transportation sector.
• Experience driving manual transmission.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer focus.
• Proven ability to multi‑task and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of electronic devices (i.e., tablets, EO , company 10‑4 phones).
• Knowledge of industry considered an asset.
• AZ license considered an asset.
