Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
You will lead a small team, working hands‑on to construct modular buildings in line with drawings and specifications. The role involves carrying out and overseeing refurbishment and reconfiguration works to existing buildings, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring materials, labour and daily tasks are organised efficiently. You will maintain high standards of workmanship, enforce health and safety and provide regular progress updates to the Operations Manager.
You will have a strong background in modular construction, fit‑out, or general building works, with experience leading a small team. You are a hands‑on supervisor who can work from drawings and can motivate your team and coordinate subcontractors to meet deadlines without compromising quality and have a solid understanding of health and safety requirements. A valid CSCS card with SSSTS is desirable.
The role is physically demanding and primarily outdoors, so you must be prepared to work in all weather conditions.
