Residential Surveyor

We might have just the position for you! Working remotely on either a full-time or part-time basis for our clients, a highly successful and growing residential chartered surveying business in the Kent area.

Ideally, they are seeking an experienced individual witha minimum Assoc

RICS qualification, who is capable of carrying out Mortgage Valuations surveys and conducting Level 2 surveys.

For this Residential Surveyor position, you’ll be required to work either full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days if working part-time) on a remote basis within a25-mile radius of your home. This is a Monday to Friday role, so no weekends required.

• £54,000 - £62,000 Basic salary
• £64,000 - £77,000 on-target earnings

• Assoc
  
  RICS qualified (minimum)
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualified
• VRS experience
• UK driving license and access to own car
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
