My client, a residential developer who specialise in traditional new build Residential houses and apartments, with an annual turnover in excess of £400m.

They are currently looking for a quantity surveyor with experience in new build residential developments and overseeing various packages including sub contract packages and more.

The ideal candidate would have 5+ years’ experience with a UK residential developer on a permanent basis, working on residential new build projects up to £100m+ from inception to completion.

In return my client can offer a competitive salary up to £55,000 plus a package and career progression within the company.

• A degree in Quantity Surveying would be essential.
• RICS membership would be desirable but not essential.
• CIOB membership would be desirable but not essential.
