Senior Quantity Surveyor – Kent – up to £65,000 plus package

My client, a leading residential developer in the South East Region who specialise in traditional new build Residential houses and apartments, are currently looking for an experienced quantity surveyor to step into a senior position.

The ideal candidate would have more than 5+ years’ experience with a UK residential developer on a permanent basis working on residential new build projects from inception to completion.

Strong Quantity Surveying background with a proven track record.

In return my client can offer a competitive salary up to £65,000 plus a package and career progression within the company.

A degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying is essential.

RICS membership would be desirable but not essential.

CIOB membership would be desirable but not essential.
