Full-time 3 Months Plus  Salary: £300-£350 per day Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in large-scale construction projects? We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor for a high-profile New build prison development in Kent—a project that demands precision, leadership, and a commitment to excellence.

The Role As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations on a secure and complex build.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage site teams and subcontractors Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets Maintain strict health, safety, and environmental standards Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders Conduct site inspections and progress reporting Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager SMSTS, Gold/Black CSCS, and First Aid certifications Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple trades and phases of construction Ready to take the lead on a project that makes a difference?
