Salaried GP Vacancy | Welling | 4 – 8 Sessions | £10,000 plus MDU and Pension

Dream Medical is working with a traditional surgery in Welling, Kent, looking to appoint a GP due to early retirement.

Clinical Responsibilities: The post holder will undertake duties typical of a GP in primary care, including:

• Consultations (face-to-face, telephone, home visits)
• Checking and signing repeat prescriptions
• Dealing with test results and correspondence
• Completing paperwork and reports
• Making autonomous clinical decisions
• Documenting consultations electronically
• Checking hospital correspondence and completing actions
• Reviewing lab results and imaging
• Prescribing medications electronically
• Collecting data for audits
• Referring patients to other providers
• Handling pathology results
• Participating in extended hours rota and leading sessions as scheduled
• Collaborating with other clinicians in the practice
