Our client, a growing distribution company are actively looking for a proactive, hands-on Warehouse Manager.

The successful candidate will manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including stock management, order fulfilment, goods in and out, and process improvement.

Job Overview

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Coordinate with other teams and external partners for smooth logistics and stock flow.
Monitor performance using relevant systems and tools.
Lead, motivate, and manage a small team to ensure productivity, safety, and collaboration.

Job Requirements

Proven experience managing warehouse or distribution operations.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and warehouse processes.

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, ERP systems, or similar tools.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or continuous improvement.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication and team leadership skills.
Technical skills including pivot steer forklift operation certification and accurate stock handling. Salary & Benefits

Profit-share bonus
Full-time, onsite position (Monday-Friday, 8-5)
28 days annual leave including bank holidays
