You will work as part of a team alongside GPs, Nurses, and healthcare assistants.

The Practice Nurse is responsible for providing nursing care relevant to the practice population, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

Main duties include:

• Asthma management
• Diabetic reviews
• Hypertension Clinic
• IHD Clinic
• COPD Clinic
• Immunisation and Vaccination Clinics
• Holiday Vaccination Clinic
• Flu Vaccination Clinic
• Cervical Smears
• Family Planning
• Amending or adding to services as needs are identified
