We are a UK manufacturing business with a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and innovation. Continuous improvement is part of who we are, not just in our products, but in how we work and how we develop our people.

In 2014, we brought Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) manufacturing to the UK. In 2023, we became part of Grimco, a trusted sign supply manufacturer and distributor with over 150 years of industry experience. Today, we are proud to be the only manufacturer of Aluminium Composite Material (ACP) in the UK, and we are continuing to grow.

As we continue to evolve, we are looking for a Quality Manager who wants to grow with us and help shape what comes next.

The Role

As Quality Manager, you will play a central role in how quality is embedded across the business. You will have the opportunity to influence systems, suppliers, and people, and to leave a lasting mark on how we operate.

What Will You Be Doing?

Quality Systems & Continuous Improvement

* Improving how we test, validate, and manage product quality.

* Strengthening processes and embedding continuous improvement.

Supplier Quality Assurance

* Establishing and managing supplier validation and performance systems.

* Acting as the main point of contact for supplier quality issues.

* Leading investigations into non-conforming materials and corrective actions.

* Supporting quality aspects of onboarding new suppliers.

Customer Quality & Issue Resolution

* Managing customer complaints and feedback through to resolution.

* Analysing data to identify trends and drive improvement projects.

* Supporting new product development with data-driven insight.

Leadership & Development

* Managing and mentoring the Quality team.

* Producing quality performance reports and improvement updates.

* Encouraging a proactive, problem-solving quality culture.

What Are We Looking For?

You Might Bring Some of The Following:

* Experience in a quality, technical, or production role (manufacturing or similar).

* Confidence mentoring or managing others, formally or informally.

* A proactive mindset and passion for solving problems.

* A commercially aware approach to balancing quality and business needs.

* An interest in ISO 9001 or experience working within structured quality systems.

* Confidence working with data, documentation, and root cause analysis.

* Strong communication skills with internal teams and external suppliers.
