In this role you will efficiently cover high potential customers with engaging Education on and offline.

You will work in close collaboration with your Sales team to partner with and support customers through every step of their career, to become passionate advocates, endorsing Wella Education, and strengthening the largest community of Hair professionals in the world.

• You have a proactive and personalized approach to In-Salon training, Collective seminars and Virtual Classroom, always inspiring professionals to maximize the opportunity each client brings.
• You have strong ability to efficiently change behavior through education
• You co-ride with your sales team, supporting them with new customer contacts, joint Gain visits and execute activities defined to reach Gain targets.
• You demonstrate fluent technical support in Customer and Sales meetings for all Initiatives and product launches.
• You are present on social media with a business account & engage with your communities to energize them to create content and drive earned awareness of education activities, products, and service innovations.
• You create Color & Craft focused content, Digital Edu Tainment, and always-on curriculum that drives consistent Color/Care/Education awareness, increased reach, and community generated content for your local brand and education accounts as well as your own business social media account.
• You represent Education internally and externally as an influential and credible face to the industry.

• You are in close collaboration with your sales team, demonstrating your presence to retain and support customers.
• You nurture and develop stylists/salon owners throughout their career.
• Credible connection with external partners including artists and influencers.

• Leading by example, self-initiative and proactive, you are the perfect counterpart to support your sales colleagues.
• Methodological and strong ability to energize, engage and enable others who work around you.

• Experience in demonstrating, training, presentation, and communication both on and offline to bring the core messages and education curriculum to life across all touchpoints.

• Bring stylists/industry voice into multifunctional team meetings, trainings and can envision key stakeholders including area sales managers and regional leaders.
• Role modeling Education expertise when interacting externally and internally.

• In-depth knowledge of Beauty/ HD industry and local marketplace.
• Commercially savvy to coach high potential salons owners/managers on business strategy & development certification.
• Strong competitor awareness.

• Valid Hairdresser/Cosmetology license with a minimum 2-year salon experience as a licensed stylist and a professional and influential image across social media channels.
• Excellent use of social media for customers and team communication (Instagram, Tik Tok, Whats App, Facebook)
• Self-management and ability to successfully plan own time/area/route
• Demonstrate organized, solution-orientated thinking & actions.
