Entry Level Mailroom Production Project

Job Responsibilities

As a Mailroom Production Associate, you will work alongside automated mail inserting equipment that prepares and processes ballot mailings.

Responsibilities include:

• Load envelopes and materials into mail inserting machines.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functionality.
• Verify print quality and accuracy of printed addresses.
• Clear paper jams and assist with basic machine troubleshooting.
• Remove and organize completed ballot packets.
• Follow written work instructions and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet production goals while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, or mailroom experience is a plus but not required.

This is a Contract position based out of Everett, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
