ENT Packet Machine Operator

The ENT Packet Machine Operator runs the packet filling and sealing equipment that produces the pharmacy's sinus rinse and irrigation packets. It's a hands‑on production role for someone mechanically minded who takes pride in accuracy, consistency and clean documentation.

Western Washington, across Puget Sound from Seattle.

Full Time - Monday-Friday, Day Shift

• Set up, operate and adjust powder packet filling, sealing and labeling equipment to meet daily production targets
• Perform line clearance before and after each run to prevent mix-ups between products and strengths
• Carry out in-process checks on fill weight, seal integrity, lot number and expiry printing, and pull any non-conforming packets
• Complete batch and packaging records accurately and in real time
• Clean, sanitize and perform basic maintenance on equipment, and log cleaning per SOP
• Troubleshoot jams and minor faults, and elevate equipment or quality issues to the labeled or pharmacist
• Count, bag and stage finished packets for fulfillment and shipping
• Support inventory of packaging materials and components
• Follow all SOPs, USP and safety requirements, including correct PPE

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year operating packaging, filling or production equipment in pharma, nutraceutical, food or cosmetics manufacturing preferred
• Comfortable with basic math for weights, counts and reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and good documentation habits (GMP exposure a plus)
• Mechanically inclined, able to troubleshoot simple equipment issues
  
  The WA Pharmacy Assistant registration, or willingness to obtain it, preferred
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
