Area Partner.

• £50,000+ per year complete on‑target earnings.
• £25,000 to £30,000 basic salary per year, dependent on experience.

In this fully employed position, our Partners are given the flexibility of a self‑employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their local area. They provide an end‑to‑end service for their customers from valuation to completion of sale.

This is not a self‑employed position, which means we can provide our Partners with endless support to grow a successful business. This will include learning and development, a local property centre, very good technology and industry‑leading marketing to help raise brand awareness locally.

This is a home‑based role with the security and benefits of an employed status allowing Partners to manage their own diary and offer customers support at the time that suits them. Competitive basic salary, uncapped commission, profit share, company car/car allowance, pension and some of the best training and coaching in the industry.

To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:

• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
