Taking full accountability for store performance across sales, KPIs, and service standards Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing retail team Driving consistent improvement in retail operations, customer experience, and profitability Maintaining exceptional standards of presentation and stock management in-store Managing budgets, payroll, and resources effectively to maximise results Recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members to deliver best-in-class customer service Creating a positive, engaging, and supportive work environment We're looking for a Store Manager who:
