Overview

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician to join our Ford dealership in Kettering. This position is offered on a full-time contract of 41.33 hours per week, paying £30,000 with an OTE of £42,000, reporting to the Aftersales Manager. Our average Vehicle Technician earnings were £42,000 last year, with higher performing technicians earning on average £58,000.

• Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded
• Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training

• Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes

To be considered for the position you will need to possess a relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level
3) as a minimum. We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes & skills:

• A full UK driving licence
• Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
• MOT Tester qualification would be highly beneficial
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential)
