Graduate Roles Available Construction GraduateGraduates in Construction will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects from the ground up. Working alongside experienced Contracts Managers, Construction Directors, and Foremen, they will gain practical experience while developing leadership, technical, and problem‑solving skills to progress into future management roles.
Graduate Quantity SurveyorGraduates joining the Commercial team will gain exposure to all aspects of residential groundworks Quantity Surveying—from cost planning and valuations to managing subcontracts and controlling budgets. They will work on major projects while receiving structured training and mentoring to progress quickly into senior roles.
Graduate EngineerEngineering graduates will be involved in every stage of project delivery, ensuring sites run smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities include setting out, drawing control, liaising with clients, and ensuring precision on-site. Graduates will gain hands‑on experience on major residential developments and receive tailored training to become highly skilled professionals.
Person Specification- A 2:2 or above in a relevant degree (or on track to achieve one)
