NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or working towards)

This residential home supports children with learning disabilities and aims to help them achieve independence, develop through education, and enjoy a fulfilling life.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader to join the team and support the Service Manager in leading day‑to‑day operations.

• ✨ Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower young people to achieve their goals
• ✨ Promote health, well‑being, education, and recreational activities
• ✨ Support young people to maintain family and significant relationships
• ✨ Complete records and documents accurately
• ✨ Assist with day‑to‑day household tasks including cooking, cleaning, and shopping
• ✨ Support young people with personal care and hygiene

• ❌ You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car
• ❌ You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (not deemed equivalent)
• ❌ Candidates with only Health Care, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner qualifications
• ❌ You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
