This residential home supports children with learning disabilities and aims to help them achieve independence, develop through education, and enjoy a fulfilling life.
🌟 Who we are looking for…We are seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader to join the team and support the Service Manager in leading day‑to‑day operations.
You will:- ✨ Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower young people to achieve their goals
- ✨ Promote health, well‑being, education, and recreational activities
- ✨ Support young people to maintain family and significant relationships
- ✨ Complete records and documents accurately
- ✨ Assist with day‑to‑day household tasks including cooking, cleaning, and shopping
- ✨ Support young people with personal care and hygiene

- ❌ You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car
- ❌ You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (not deemed equivalent)
- ❌ Candidates with only Health Care, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner qualifications
- ❌ You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available
Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
