As a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant
, you'll support schools by connecting talented teachers and support staff with rewarding opportunities. Our Impact Academy provides structured training, ongoing coaching, and clear progression routes to help you build a successful recruitment career from day one.

• Source, interview, and assess high-quality education professionals
• Create engaging candidate profiles and present them to schools
• Support senior consultants while developing your own client relationships
• Progress into full 360° recruitment, including business development, account management, and negotiation

• £28,000-£30,000 basic salary with uncapped commission
• Realistic Year 1 earnings of £35,000-£42,000
