We're working with a leading business based in Kettering seeking a Data Analyst to join their growing analytics team. Around 80% of your work will focus on regulatory and compliance data ensuring the business meets its obligations and maintains robust data integrity. The rest of your time will be spent using data to drive smarter business decisions, identifying trends, creating dashboards and helping teams make sense of the numbers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety: one day you might be deep in SQL queries the next you're presenting insights to stakeholders and influencing operational strategy.

• Analyse, interpret and visualise compliance and business data to uncover patterns and insights.
• Prepare and present reports that support both regulatory and strategic decisions.
• Maintain high data quality across multiple systems and sources.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver clear actionable insights.
• Support ongoing compliance and data‑led improvement projects.

• Strong SQL skills (SQL Server essential).
• Experience using Power BI or Tableau to tell compelling data stories.
• Understanding of relational databases and data models.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Confident communicator able to simplify complex information.
• (Desirable) Experience with Power Platform, Python or compliance environments.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Maths or related fields.
