You will be an integral part of a busy team with offices in Corby and Kettering. Key Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload and work independently, while receiving support from experienced Partners and team members. Your work will encompass a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

• Drafting and negotiating leases
• Handling freehold property transactions
• Advising on development land and agricultural property
• Acting on behalf of SIPPs/SASSs, corporates, and individuals
• Engaging with commercial lenders on various financing matters
• Managing Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, and Overage
• Addressing a variety of other commercial property issues

About You:

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial property law and be comfortable managing their own caseload. You should be self-sufficient, proactive, and have a keen eye for detail. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to take on new challenges.
