Overview

We are on the lookout for a passionate General Manager to oversee our exciting New Opening in Kettering!

As a General Manager, you will be an inspirational leader operating our clubs and ensuring members have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week.

• Operate the club and ensure members have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week.
• Lead a culture of excellence and work alongside club support and regional management to share knowledge and expertise.
• Create and implement club actions and improvement plans against key metrics.
• Oversee the successful opening of the brand new club from pre‑opening through to welcoming members.
• Recruit, train, and manage the club team.
• Liaise with project managers to ensure the club opening runs smoothly and meets exceptional standards.

• Inspirational leader with collaboration skills and a passion for customer service.
• Proven experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience managing a large team of employees, including managers.
• Exposure to financial planning and management.
• Previous experience launching a new opening of a facility is desirable but not essential.
