Do you enjoy taking ownership, smoothing out challenges, and guiding projects confidently from start to finish? If so, this could be an excellent next step.
We're looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Project Manager to join our client's Construction team. With solid utilities experience, you'll play a central role in co-ordinating projects, supporting developers, and ensuring everything is delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
What You'll Be Doing- Managing delivery across your area and ensuring work meets internal standards and developer expectations
- Working closely with Contracts Managers, Planning, Construction, and Senior Management to keep communication seamless
- Tracking and forecasting budgets so leadership always has an accurate overview of project performance
- Acting as a key point of contact for developers—resolving queries, managing escalations, and maintaining strong relationships
- Leading clear and thorough pre-start meetings to ensure full alignment on requirements and responsibilities
- Keeping projects on track by monitoring schedules, spotting risks early, and preventing delays
- Conducting regular audits and stepping in with expert support when issues arise
- Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance across all sites
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused approach
- Confident written and verbal communication
- Effective time-management and the ability to prioritise in a busy environment
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Utilities experience is essential, including confidence in Gas, Water, Electricity, and Fibre installation processes
- Minimum 2 years' project management experience within a DNO or IDNO environment
- Good understanding of developer processes and industry regulations

- NRSWA Streetworks Manager
- EUSR certification
- Full UK driving licence
