Sales & Service Team Manager

Overview

Permanent Contract – 36.75 hours per week
Up to £33,000 per annum + Bonus + Pension + 6.6 weeks holiday

Every day we give customers ideas, advice, tools and confidence. As Sales & Service Team Manager you’ll lead showroom, Trade Point and front‑end teams to drive sales through exceptional service.

A great team needs a great leader. Your dual role builds a sales culture and delivers exceptional service for every customer. In this role you will:

• Lead a large part of store operation, shaping the customer experience and driving service excellence through a newly formed team of Shift Leads.
• Inspire the ‘Make Every Customer Count’ agenda as a daily habit with the wider store team.
• Lead and inspire teams across Showrooms, Trade Point and Front end to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee safety, security and compliance routines across the store through your shift lead team.
