As a highly skilled beauty advisor, you will combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights our customers. You will work as part of a high‑performing team to create impact with in‑store events and maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards.

We welcome applicants with certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience, as well as those with amateur level experience. Our culture values diversity of thought and offers comprehensive training, development, and a competitive remuneration package.

• Preferred: qualification in make‑up artistry or previous retail makeup experience; amateur level experience acceptable if you demonstrate creative and technical expertise.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for an interview.

• Approachable, friendly demeanor and ‘can‑do’ attitude.
• Previous beauty/fragrance experience desirable.
• Confidence in speaking to customers and understanding their needs to best cater to them.
• Flexibility and availability across days/hours; discuss availability with hiring manager.
