The Role As an Airfreight Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing airfreight shipments from start to finish. You'll liaise with overseas agents, customers, and carriers to ensure efficient and timely movement of goods while maintaining the highest standard of service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate import and export airfreight shipments from booking through to final delivery. Prepare and process all relevant airfreight documentation, including airway bills and customs entries. Communicate proactively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to provide shipment updates and resolve any issues. Negotiate rates and maintain relationships with airlines and handlers to ensure cost-effective solutions. Track and monitor shipments, ensuring adherence to deadlines and compliance with regulations.

Support the finance team with invoicing, cost control, and shipment profitability checks. About You Previous experience within airfreight, ideally with both import and export exposure. Knowledge of customs procedures and documentation. Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and experience using freight management systems.
