About the Role

We are seeking Procurement Co‑ordinators to join our supplier onboarding team. Reporting to the Supplier Onboarding Acquisition Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring supplier data is accurately uploaded into our system.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Uploading and validating supplier information (name, address, size, certifications, etc.)

* Sending forms to suppliers and following up via phone calls (from CEOs to sole traders)

* Ensuring accurate data submission to avoid payment delays

* Managing your own workload effectively

Skills & Experience

* Experience with procurement systems (any system experience is benefical)

* Strong communication skills – confident speaking with a wide range of suppliers

* Proficiency in Excel (live data entry sheets)

* Ability to self-manage and work independently

* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
